Who we are

Saathi Plus is an AI companion chat app made by CodingDrop, run by Manish Goyal in India. "We" means the people who run Saathi Plus. You can reach us at goyalmanish3333@gmail.com.

What stays on your phone

Your chats, the companions you make, what they remember about you, your name, birthday and settings are kept on your phone, in an encrypted database. We don’t have a copy.

If two people use the same phone, each account has its own chats. If you delete the app or use “Delete everything”, they are gone for good.

What passes through our server

To write a reply, or to update what a companion remembers, the app sends your message, the recent conversation, the companion’s description and its notes to our server. The server passes them to our AI service, sends the reply back to your phone and keeps nothing of it. We don’t store or read your messages.

Our AI service is Ollama (ollama.com). It processes the conversation only to write the reply, under its own terms.

What we keep about your account

Your email address, a scrambled form of your password (we can’t read it), your plan, your subscription’s status and dates, and how many messages you have used this month (a number, not the messages).

Our server runs on Vercel, and this account data is kept in a Neon database.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We don’t see or keep your card, UPI or bank details. We give Razorpay your account email so the payment is linked to you, and Razorpay tells us whether a payment went through.

Logs

Our server keeps short technical logs (which request, how long it took, whether it worked) to keep the service running. They don’t contain your messages or your email. Our host may keep IP addresses in its own logs for a short time, for security.

Age

Saathi Plus is for people 13 and older. People under 18 get companions who are friends or family, with no romance. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should pay.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the account data we keep, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to goyalmanish3333@gmail.com from your account’s email. Deleting the account also cancels your subscription.

Your chats are only on your phone, so you can export or delete them yourself in Settings.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
