Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time

In the app: Settings → Account → Cancel subscription. You can also write to goyalmanish3333@gmail.com.

After you cancel

The subscription won’t renew. You can keep chatting until the end of the month you have paid for.

Refunds

Payments for a month that has started are not refunded, except when you were charged by mistake (for example, charged twice, or charged after cancelling).

For a mistaken charge, write to goyalmanish3333@gmail.com within 7 days with your account’s email and the payment date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Failed renewals

If a renewal payment fails, the subscription stops at the end of the paid month. You won’t be charged for a month you didn’t get.
