The service

Saathi Plus is made by CodingDrop, run by Manish Goyal in India. It lets you chat with AI companions. The companions are AI, not real people, and they can be wrong. They are not doctors, lawyers, financial advisers or therapists.

Age

You must be 13 or older to use Saathi Plus. Romantic companions are only for people 18 or older.

Plans

There are three monthly plans: Basic ₹199 (4,000 messages a month), Plus ₹499 (10,000) and Pro ₹999 (20,000). A plan renews every month until you cancel, and its messages start again on each renewal date. There are no free messages.

If you have never paid before, your first month may cost less on UPI; the price is shown before you pay. A coupon may also lower the price, as shown before you pay.

You can move to a bigger plan at any time. The old plan stops once the new one is paid, without a refund for its remaining days.

Fair use

On top of the monthly messages, an account can send up to 500 messages a day. One account is for one person; don’t share it.

What you may not do

Don’t use the app to harm anyone, to make sexual content about minors or real people, or to get around the app’s safety rules. We may close an account that does.

If you’re in crisis

The app shows helpline numbers. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Changes and availability

We may update the app and these terms. We try to keep the service running, but can’t promise it never stops.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last month.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India, and courts in India decide any dispute.
